Restorative Yoga
The summer solstice is June 21 this year. It’s the longest “day” of the year, and the energy of it may leave you feeling tired.
This restorative session can help you rest, get your groove back, and move into “official” summer with steadiness and enthusiasm.

Join us as we integrate the magic of Sound and Brainspotting! Both brainspotting and sound healing support cellular level repair and healing. Combining them facilitates Soul healing magic!
This sound bath filled with intuitive guidance, trauma-centered mindfulness, somatics, and brainspotting!
Sound Healing Circles are a sacred time to be with all parts of the self: mind, body, spirit, and soul.
While Brainspotting will be included in the collective experience, this is invitational. In addition, Marisol intuitively integrates card readings as aligned.
