Massage

Reiki

  • Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

    A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Reflexology

  • Reflexology is an ancient healing art undergoing an explosion of realized modern health benefits. We use special techniques to stimulate reflex points in the feet that correspond to specific organs, glands and tissues in the body. Using over 7000 nerve endings in the foot, reflexology restores homeostasis (balance) and stimulates the body’s ability to heal itself physically and emotionally.

Sound Healing

  • In sound healing, sacred instruments are used as a way to receive healing vibrations on a cellular level. Sound healing supports all of our bodies including our mental, physical, and spiritual selves. As energetic beings, the vibration of sound healing improves our overall well-being. Sound healing activates the parasympathetic nervous system which helps us feel calm and relaxed. In addition, sound healing promotes neuroplasticity which is the brain’s ability to rewire and repair itself. As a result, we heal, gain insight, guidance, and clarity from our higher selves.
